Please remember that you are adopting a new member into your family. We offer returns as a courtesy, and to ensure that every hedgehog that is adopted from Heartfelt Hedgehogs remains in a loving, caring home.

As of 5/1/2021:
Any hedgehog that is returned will be scanned, and microchip matched to our paperwork. If there is no microchip detected, or the microchip does not match our records then unfortunately the hedgehog cannot be returned. 

Return Policy

1-7 days 50% Refund

7+ days: refunds are on a case by case basis

50% Refund for Cage Sets and Supplies purchased with Hedgehogs if returned within 7 days, after 7 days refunds are on a case by case basis.

Hedgehogs and Cages must be returned to us in Fort Ashby, WV for a refund. 

Please note that we will try our best to work with you and the hedgie as far as handling and socialization (or other issues) before offering a refund.
